Practice once a week with your team and join Monday night game nights at MacKay-Jaycees Park.

HOW DOES THE Fall SEASON WORK?

Once you are on a team, you will practice with them once a week. Then, every Monday night, all high school teams will come together for game night! You may also join the tournament team.

WHO ARE THE COACHES?

We have an awesome group of ZZU coaches and parent coaches who help teach and coach our teams. 

WHO CAN JOIN?

All high school boys and girls are encouraged to join, regardless of experience.​ We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. Whether you're new to the sport or have never picked up a frisbee before, our team is dedicated to teaching and developing players of all abilities. We understand that not everyone may be able to throw a frisbee perfectly right away, and that's okay! Our goal is to have fun and make this an enjoyable experience for everyone.
