Ultimate Frisbee
League
Zig Zag Ultimate is a fun, welcoming Ultimate Frisbee league for 3rd-8th grade players across West Michigan.
Players practice once a week and come together for Friday game nights with teams from across the area.
All teams are open to anyone to join!

New players are welcome. We teach the game, build teams by grade and skill level, and place players in games with athletes of similar age and experience whenever possible.

Players looking for more competition can also try out for our optional 6th-8th Grade Tournament Team.

FAQ
How do I know what team to join? If you know what team you would like to join, head to their team page to sign up for that team! If you don't know what team you would like to join, register using the general registration and send us an email (if we don't email you first): mike@zigzagultimate.com and we will get you give you suggestions!
What about coaches? We have an awesome group of ZZU coaches and parent coaches who help teach and coach our teams.
Who can play? Anyone in 3rd-8th grade! This is a co-ed league, so all girls and boys are welcome. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. Whether you're new to the sport or have never picked up a frisbee before, our team is dedicated to teaching and developing players of all abilities. We understand that not everyone may be able to throw a frisbee perfectly right away, and that's okay! Our goal is to have fun and make this an enjoyable experience for everyone.
How does the season work? When you join, you will practice with your team and coaches each week. Then, every Friday, all the club teams will come together for ZZU game nights! ​
Do 3rd graders play with higher grades? No. We place athletes into divisions: gold, silver, and bronze. They will be grouped with those in a similar grade and skill level.
Are jerseys required? Yes! A jersey is required. If you play on the same team for multiple seasons, there is no need to order a new jersey unless you need a different size. When ordering your jersey, you can choose whatever number you'd like!
